Pool Resort Port Douglas

The apartment I stayed in was spacious and nicely designed. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool area, where I could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with bookings and providing information about local attractions.

Room cleanliness needs improvement. 😟.

appreciated port douglas, the hotel was absolutely great away from the town centre. the location was stunning - just off coffee shops, common areas and the daintree. and it was at a short distance from agincourt reef.

The pool area was fantastic-clean and perfect for a refreshing swim! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay feel cute. Plus, the surrounding rainforest views were fine, providing a peaceful backdrop to unwind after a busy day.

There were some downsides. The unit could have used a thorough cleaning, and the furniture felt quite uncomfortable. I also noticed some maintenance issues like lingering cleanliness in the bathrooms and a lack of essential supplies. It would have been better if they had been more attentive to those details.

Had a huge variety of options for breakfast, it was marvellous. The staff was flexible, providing a great service. Location: the hotel was near to trinity bay lookout, the golf course, and hill.

We had a fantastic week at this resort! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and having a private plunge pool was a real treat. The staff were friendly, and the large pool area was perfect for relaxation. Just a bit far from town, but worth it for the tranquility.

Its central location makes it a great base for exploring the stunning area around it.

The Pool Resort was simply amazing for our family vacation! The kids were thrilled with the jaw-dropping pool and didn't even want to leave. We loved the convenience of having a kitchenette and laundry facilities in the room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local shuttle service. We will definitely be coming back for another mind-blowing experience!
